Felt forced to do an $8,000 repair. The only other option was to pay $5,000 just to get my car back unrepaired because the real issue was not found until the engine was already torn out. I understand parts and labor are expensive but it would have been nice to at least feel like I had the option to say no to a repair I didn’t really want.
