Ryan was very nice and professional during my visit today. I sent him a message regarding my Service Alert in the Lexus App, as it still has not been removed after the service was completed. I emailed him at 4:27 PM today, December 26, 2025, and I am still waiting for a response.
Could someone please let me know when the alert for the rearview camera, which was addressed today, will be removed from my app? I’d like to know if it updates automatically or if I need to return to the Service Department at Lexus on Sample Road. Ideally, the alert should have been cleared once the service was completed.
