I have no issues with Mr. Gonzalez. I do have an issue with the wait time!! For an oil change, I waited 4 hours and that is unacceptable for me!! I will probably look for another place to have an oil change!!

My comment is not directed specifically toward MJ but to all the advisors I have had recently. I am frustrated that they seat me in a waiting area and then forget about me. This has hapoened so many times that now I gave myself a 10 minute rule. I go up to the desk and ask for another available representative. It’s gotten ridiculous. When I have an appointment I am there on time and I expect the advisor to be on time as well. It’s not a doctor’s office which is the only place I should ever be kept waiting.
