Jessie tried, but your paint touch-up guy was worthless. I’m totally dissatisfied with the remote start in my vehicle and warranty does nothing for any improvements. And I brought in my vehicle just after purchase for same issue. I was given a loaner with 48 miles of gas in it. The wheel repair information I was given by the service organizer was erroneous. The Bluetooth device s totally not dependable.I am thoroughly discouraged with this vehicle and will certainly not buy another Lexus!

My issue, and it happens at other dealerships as well, is that my settings are not returned to their original positions. The one that is most concerning is the Auto function for the headlamps. People rely on this and are used to having it on. Personally I have driven in town for long distances with no headlamps because this was turned off. I know it’s a small thing, and I have learned to check, but I feel it’s worth telling you.

Leo was wonderful to work with and I appreciate his help. My car appears to be serviced well. I was disappointed that it took 2-1/2 hours and it was obvious that someone went through my center console. While nothing was taken, I found my small pouch that holds small tools partially open and shoved between the console and the passenger seat.

Nothing Autumn did, but I was disappointed that a balance isn’t conducted/included on the tires being rotated that were purchased at the dealership. It can’t be that much effort to check the balance-any additional cost for that basic function-disappointing.
