You guys code me with exhaust center malfunction,I spend 2891 USD on 01/08/26 and today 01/11/26 I got back the same message back that something is wrong with vtrac off,same like last time Are you sure, you doing the right thing,we can be spending a lot of money without fixing or solving a real issue I am deeply disappointed

Autumn was friendly and professional. She reiterated what was going to be done with my car. I waited in one of the visitor spaces until the 10,000 mile service was done as well as the correction to the back up camera from the notice received. I was notified by video and text of the progress. It was a busy Saturday morning and Jim Miller personally came to let me know my car was ready. I saw the video and would like to thank Jordan as well. I do have one question. Is the oil that was put in my car synthetic? Thank you for all you do! Diana
