I had been told I would get a loaner vehicle which I was planning on using to go get my groceries from target while my car was getting worked on. Upon check-in the gentleman let me know that the necessary part needed was on back order so they would be applying some felt pads as a temporary fix and that it would only take a few minutes to complete if I just wanted to wait there. So I did. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes. I could have had my grocery shopping done and been back to Lexus by then (as I had planned on with a loaner) rather than sitting there waiting for that amount of time. Very very frustrating today. There were multiple people inside complaining about how long their service was taking.

I met Jorge Navarro a while back right after Jesus left ,the first time i met Jorge he made me feel like im home again him bring my new advisor. He helped me out with my 2011 RX 350 . Last year we purchased 2 new vehicles a 2025 TX350 and a 2025 RX 350 only thing we bought it from lexus of cerritos. But i told myself when its time for service and all i would bring to Jorge because just like Mario Jesus Jorge is a honest service advisor professional he doesnt give you the run around and for sure hes not there to take his customers money he will tell only the things what yourncar really need not for him to make a lot of commission. Polite and always have time to listen to you. That is why i still go to glendale because of jorge

Dear JM Lexus Service Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience with your service department and the lack of follow-up that has occurred since. I picked up my vehicle from JM Lexus on December 24th after it had been there for two weeks undergoing a full and thorough inspection, for which I paid a significant amount of money. I trusted that the vehicle had been carefully evaluated and that any critical issues would have been identified. However, on Wednesday, January 7th, while leaving work in Kendall, my vehicle would not start, and the steering wheel locked completely. I had no choice but to have the vehicle towed to Lexus of Kendall, as towing it back to Pompano was cost-prohibitive. After inspection, I was informed that the starter had failed and required replacement. This issue was not identified during the recent comprehensive inspection at JM Lexus. Had it been noted, I would have addressed it immediately and avoided this breakdown, towing expense, and significant inconvenience. What has been most upsetting is the lack of communication and follow-up: • I personally called on Thursday, January 8th • My manager left a message for Karen on Friday, January 9th • As of today, I have received no return call When I did speak with my assigned service advisor, I was told there was “nothing that could be done,” which was disappointing given the circumstances and my history with JM Lexus. I want to emphasize that I have always held JM Lexus in high regard. I have consistently recommended your dealership to others, including my mother, who purchased her vehicle from JM Lexus based on my recommendation. This experience, however, has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I have come to expect. At minimum, I would have appreciated a call, an explanation, or a simple acknowledgment of the situation. Being ignored as a loyal customer is unacceptable.
