Hello Upon receiving my car back, I noticed that the rearview mirrors were unfolded and the automatic headlights had been switched to the off position. Later that evening, while driving through Cajon Pass, I realized the headlights were off, which made the road very dark and caused a moment of concern. Additionally, I noticed the interior was not vacuumed, even though the car was washed. I appreciate the service provided and would kindly ask that, in the future, all vehicle settings and features be returned to their original positions, the same way the car was handed over. Thank you for reading my concerns.

When I called and made the appointment, I was told by the person that scheduled the appointment a young lady that for the 15,000 mile check up it would be $126. When I got to Lexus the other service advisor told me it would be $226. I asked the service advisor which one was it and he said it was $226. I asked him how come I was told $100 less I wrote it down so I didn’t hear it wrong. He had no answer. I’ve been buying Lexus since 2005 which is 20 years. This is the first time this has happened.
