I was told it would be an hour and a half to an hour 40 minutes after I was told one hour when the appointment was made. I agreed. After more than 2.5 hours, I went to find out where my vehicle was. I was given an excuse about software and an apology. It would have been courteous if someone had come to let me know that they were having issues instead of letting me sit and watch every other customer come and go.

I feel like I was misled and “upsold” for service I did not need or request. I came in for a simple oil maintenance and left with a $700 bill for a variety of tire rotations and “filters” that were unnecessary. Justin explained none of that; I just got a text about it. I told him I was unhappy, but he had no response. I have had my car serviced at JM Lexus for years and always raved about your professionalism and fairness. I no longer have any confidence in your work.
