Tino is the best! This was my 2nd visit within the same week, my car was not serviced right the first time. Which caused my car to stop in the middle of the road. I specifically asked them to check my wipers. I was told that they always check the wipers. Yet my wipers are not wiping properly. I would’ve thought that they would’ve been changed or I would’ve been informed.
I think the service a JM Lexus has gone down significantly. I’ve been with JM Lexus for the last 10 or 11 years. I’m on my third Lexus vehicle and I am thinking very strongly of switching to another vehicle that is not Lexus.
