I kept saying something was wrong with the air despite only having it for a few months. It took 3 attempts and she kept trying to tell me it was fine. I know my vehicles. She had to get another vehicle to test what cold feels like. In my experience they usually wash the vehicle afterwards plus my sales lady said she would fill my tank because she gave me the wrong spare key leaving me stranded. Plus Ashley was not so friendly.

Chris and his team at Lexus Glendale were extremely attentive and took the time to thoroughly explain the recall procedure to me. They clearly emphasized how the software update and associated works were essential for maintaining the vehicle's safety features, including the real camera system.
I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture from Lexus of filling my gas tank completely. They also provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of the service, which made the process seamless and convenient. As an additional nice touch, the team washed my car before returning it to me.
Overall, the excellent customer service and genuine care shown by Chris and the entire Lexus Glendale team made what could have been a stressful experience very positive.
