I brought my Lexus in for a recall and that part was fixed. However it was my understanding whenever I had service done the car would be washed which it wasn't and that because it was a recall it would be filled up with fuel and it wasn't. If this is my understanding please let me know

I have been a customer of this dealership for more than 11 years. My past visit was the worst experience ever. This was not a Lexus experience. I left feeling like I had visited a used car lot. Completely dissatisfied with picking up my car and finding a noticeable scratch on the drivers door. Receiving a phone call from my service representative and being told they watched a video that clearly shows no scratch was made to the vehicle. A video isn’t going to show if someone inadvertently made a scratch to the vehicle. I would like it to be taken care of at no cost to me. I have decided I will no longer utilize the Lexus services in Las Vegas after my stereo is taken care of and this scratch has been fixed as I’ve had nothing but poor results from both locations.
