Eirik was amazing and was personable. My car runs great. However, It would have been great to have my car washed though. Other than that I have no complaints.

The issue is that I noticed my car is leaking what I believe is oil. I was about to leave when I noticed a big puddle in the garage and it also stained our driveway. I have never had an issue with my car leaking anything before. I would like to have this taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you.

The wait for the service was 2 hours for a 10000 service. I was told to bring the car in after 1 and that would reduce the wait time. 2 hours in my opinion is excessive. I have this service performed up north in 1 to 11/2 hours typically.

I enjoyed having Autumn as a representative.she was very helpful. She made sure I knew what was going on at every step of the process. She told me I need brakes, but did not try to pressure me into them today. She was thoughtful and kind. As a women that has worked in male dominated jobs, I'm so glad to see females in these spaces, but I think it was her kindness and real concern, and the no pressure to get my brakes done, that I appreciate the most.
