Tyler was great, but super disappointed that I requested a loaner car and one was not available. There was no shuttle or any other transportation available so I had to call my husband off the golf course to drive me home. I never would have booked a 1pm appt if I wasn’t going to get the loaner.

Your coffee station was dirty and lacked supplies. Every time I get service there which has been for several years, I walk out feeling somewhat baffled. I go in for one thing and I end up getting all types of service done. I thought one person at the checkout was rude the other person was kind. I waited in my car when I first pulled up for at least 15 minutes. Your bathroom was dirty . All n all ,it looks like Crown Lexus has gone a bit downhill.
