Very difficult to understand what service my warranty covered , that is oil change, filters, etc. it was my understanding when I bought my Lexus from SCLD 4 devices were included, 2 minor and 2 major, but that is not true.
Also my car was not washed

No problem w/ Mark. However, someone along the way took our disability placard, which my husband totally NEEDS. Received lots of help about an hour after leaving Lexus when I discovered it missing. Still not found. NOT happy.
