Two things, one I learned that the expensive service agreement I purchased didn’t include regular alignments required every 15k miles. Then I learned there weren’t any loaners and was asked to wait 2 1/2 to 3 hours in a full waiting room. This put both me and your Lexus workers in and uncomfortable situation. It was resolved fortunately with a Hertz rental after I declined a lunch. Overall not the expected service experience.
