The staff was very curious and professional. Evan was outstanding. The greeters and drivers were also great. My only concern was the pricing. When I bought the certified product I was promised 4 services curious of lexus. I did not know there were different levels of service. Instead of Mt final free service I was discounted for a lesser service. I had to pay the difference between the two types. I wasn't expecting this. Again the staff and service coordinator were outstanding. Maybe I read the contract wrong, but I assumed a service was a service. I didn't feel 8 shpuldve paid today. I did not voice this displeasure to the team onsitw. I ater reconsidered and felt differently

I arrived at 4pm sharp on the day of my scheduled appointment and then was told at around 4:20pm that they weren’t going to be able to help me. They gave me a loan car. I had to drive all the way from Ramona again the following day all for a tire rotation . I don’t mind the drive that much but I had to leave my job early two days in a row .

I requested that Tim Rau have them replace the tire they found with a mail in it with the spare. Even when I repeated the instructions,they did not, so when I came to pick it up, my wife and I had to wait for them to do it. Also, should I have been charged for wheel balancing when they found a mail in the tire and I requested they mount the spare instead? Doesn’t make sense.
