Matt has always been my go to service advisor at Lexus. He's always ready and willing to answer any of my questions and really cares about me and my car. His service has always been outstanding and if I can give him 50 stars I would. His follow up is wonderful all times while my car is being serviced. He is a model employee and I think he should be employee of the month every month. The manager is needs to give Matt Ivko an excellent raise. I could go on and on about how amazing Matt is.
