My only recommendation is to clean the loner cars a little better especially the front windshield.

This review is for dealership management. Ashlee was polite, but the service department's scheduling and communication are broken. My vehicle was dropped off at 8:00 AM for an oil change and wasn't ready until 3:00 PM. I was never texted or called with an update; in fact, I had to call them and was left on hold for over 10 minutes just to find out what was happening. Being told they 'have no certified techs' is a poor excuse for holding a car for 7 hours for basic maintenance. Management needs to stop overbooking the schedule.
