The service person Rene was great. Messaging system was on a delay. Shuttle service was very convenient Josue was very friendly great customer service. Only slight inconvenience is experienced is my state inspection was done on this service, and I was not given my state inspection report. I mentioned it and was told I would have to come tomorrow to receive my inspection report.

Arturo was great. But the serve technicians have become very careless and far less thorough in recent times. For my LS 500, they rearranged items and compartments and failed to return them to their positions. For RX 350, they forgot to wash the vehicle. They need to be a lot more attentive.
