We made an appointment for an oil change more than six weeks ahead of time. I got there a few minutes before my appointment at 12:15 PM on June 30. After many inquiries, especially to Ashley and another finally I got some specific and meaningful information. It came from Arturo and it was after 3 PM by that point. And they had not even started on it according to what I was told. So he arranged for a loaner and I had to go pick up my wife on the other side of town from her medical appointment which she was through by 1:15 PM. She had waited well over 2 1/2 hours by the time I picked her up. We hadn’t even had lunch. So by the time we ate our lunch, it was after 4 PM. We had the vehicle back about 5:15 PM. I was really disappointed in Ashley. Because when I had asked her probably sometime around 2:10 PM. She asked me who my advisor was. And I was assigned to her. She looked into it, but never followed up by contacting me or telling me what the situation was. That’s extremely bad for a manager. Arturo was extremely helpful and we value his integrity and concern and great efforts to assist us. Daniel G
