Maico is an outstanding professional service advisor. I have owned all types of vehicles from high end to basic economic cars. I have never felt. More comfortable at a repair shop Maico greeted me in a very respectful professional manner, he made me feel very comfortable. Maico was very honest and only addressed real concerns that required repairing. He went above and beyond by reaching out to another Lexus dealer(Pembroke Pines) which had an issue I brought to jm Lexus however Lexus of Pembroke Pines I had a full replacement bumper repaired and stated I still have a warranty for sensor replacement(one was one issue brought to Jm Lexus)
