Wendy didn’t call my correct phone number when the car was ready. She was extremely distracted and had too many customers to actually give me the attention I needed. Also, The technician was telling me that I made up an issue with my windshield wipers not working. They did not fix the issue, just told me I was doing it incorrectly for the last 5 months when that is not true.
I’ve never had an issue with Lexus until today and it was disappointing

No I was getting run around..no one could tell me what problem delay was ..at very least I should not have had to pay for the bad spark plug...it was your plug and you installed originally...should not have gone bad in 30k miles
