Eduardo was great, however, the overall Lexus experience has declined, especially in 2026. From being challenging to talking to an actual human in customer service, to oil change prices doubling in price while still getting the same service,customer service is not what it used to be. This is not the experience that customers expect from Lexus.

We replaced a center console in March 2025. Fifteen months later the cushioned leather piece came off. It wasn’t glued properly to the console. We were hoping it would be a simple job to reattach it but instead Lexus wanted to charge us for another entire unit costing us over $400. We are very disappointed and upset.
