When I was called back, she was mispronouncing my name (which happens all the time) and when I politely corrected her, she tried correcting me. Then, instead of saying, she was sorry that she was calling the wrong name She told me that my name must be spelled incorrectly on my paperwork. I asked her how it was spelled and she told me, and it was spelled correctly. I felt that that interaction was very rude and made for an uncomfortable transaction. Not a fan of the service rep at all.
