The last 3 times I made appts to drop off the car I have waited approx 30-45min to see an advisor which is unacceptable. I spoke to Vanessa about this and I understand 5-10, maybe 25min… but 30-45min is unacceptable. What’s the point of making an appt if you make customers wait approx 30-45min? Vanessa tried to fixed the situation however it doesn’t change the fact customers waiting 30-45min with appts is an on going issue that is not being addressed.

Alyssa was amazing. Very friendly, noticed that I had 2 small kids with me and asked if I preferred to wait inside as she checked in the vehicle. After the repair was done went to find me and complimented the kids to doing so well on a 2 hour service wait and gave them a small treat (after asking me for permission). She was very approachable, always smiling and made me feel confortable despite knowing it was going to be a long wait with 2 small kids. I rate her service 10 out of 10!
