I definitely would ask for Mark Ciesla again next time my UX needs service. His demeanor, explanation, and attentive customer service are awesome qualities and should be acknowledged!

Oil & filter for $130.00? Even with a $30.00 off coupon you’re out of your minds. Your estimate to turn 4 rotors and replace brake pads at $1000.00 is robbery. Can get it done in Escondido by certified technicians with American made premium pads for $500.00. And the fact that a vehicle driven exclusively on the highway needs brake service at 30,000 miles is insanity. This is my 4th Lexus and will be my last. Sad
