I called in MONDAY to speak with a rep about my vehicle. No one called me back after I left a message (as instructed by the girl who answered the phone). On Wednesday I still hadn’t heard from anyone and called again, was told to AGAIN leave a message for a service advisor. No call back. I called Thursday and asked if I could just make an appointment. I came in and waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for an advisor. Absolutely ridiculous. There were plenty available as I have been a Lexus customer for 9+ years and I know where the advisors are and they were sitting around on their phones and chatting. It wasn’t until a very kind gentleman, in a mechanic uniform, helped to get someone to talk to me that they did.
I purchased the premium package when I got my lease as I was told it would cover all windows, dents and dings. Well my passenger side window got broken and of course, not covered.
I am extremely frustrated with the service, salesmanship and over all customer service. I have been a devoted customer for years and this is how I’m treated. Oh and I got $25.00 off to make it all better. Ridiculous.
