My husband requested for Uber ride so we can go to the mall while waiting till the car is done. Faustino Ruiz denied the request instead lent us a Lexus car to use to drive around while my husband and I are waiting. After the service was done Faustino gave us a free key battery. My husband and I was very grateful for Faustino’s generosity and that he was a pride of the company. Unfortunately in replacing the steering mechanism, our dashboard was cracked. But what is even more concerning, no mention was made when we picked up the car today. When we pointed out the issue to Dan Booth, he took a photograph and promised to get back to us on Monday. He is aware of our distress.
