I attempted to call the service department 4 times. The first time I was asked who the service tech was and I did not know because my wife got the text about what was done with our car. The woman on the line said “I am sorry I am not authorized to transfer you to service. The next call I made went to a salesman. I asked him to transfer me to the service department and give me the direct number. He transferred me and it rang and no one answered after about 2 minutes. I then called the direct number provided by the Salesman and it was a wrong number.
My wife and I are looking for a new car and we did meet with a salesman the day before all this happened with the service department. We “were “ looking at a Rx350 at a total sales price of $60,000. After this experience, I am not sure I want to do business with Metro Lexus. PS : we have owned 5 Lexus vehicles and I believe we purchased 2 or 3 of them from Metro.

Fiona took great care of me. I called back to the dealership 10 minutes after leaving and spoke with Alex. I identified myself and asked him to let Fiona know that I wanted to add my tires being rotated to my oil change service. Alex said he would let Fiona know. I returned to pick up my car after receiving a text stating that it was ready. I was disappointed to find out that Alex didn’t provide the information to Fiona about me wanting my tires rotated. Fiona immediately jumped into action by asking if I had time to wait to have the tires rotated. She personally drove my car back to the service department and requested a service technician to quickly start on my tire rotation. It took an additional hour and Fiona provided a discount for the inconvenience. Kudos to Fiona.
