Yeah we were very satisfied with the assistance we got today by Christian Santos. We had a flat tire, and my wife needed to get to work so we didn't have time to make an appointment. Even though we weren't scheduled. Christian went above and beyond to get our tire fixed in a timely manner. My wife was still able to make it to work. The extraordinary effort that was demonstrated by Christian should be an example of what customer service should be like.
