When the appointment to pick up the car for maintenance appointment. I told them about the stained leather seats. When the man picked up the car I showed him the stained locations marked with the orange posted notes pasted on the locations., but I noticed that when they retired the car, the stains remained. I paid for leather protection.

Dennis helped to order the same tire and received it within the next 2 business days. I was previously informed by other that there is a long backlog and advised to get a different brand tire to replace 1 flat tire.
