Ali does an amazing job of taking care of his customers always goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction I came from Beverly Hills to this location and I couldn’t have chose a better location. Very disappointing for my new car first oil change service at Lexus Valencia . I don’t think I’m coming back for any type of service unless or maybe if it’s under warranty due to the following reason .
Appointment scheduled Saturday 9:00 am no email or text confirmation.
Verified and confirmed customer service I will be waiting and she said it will take one hour/ half end up three hours just for oil change.
I appreciated the car wash but do it right at-least wipe down the car and the tires are super shiny but the wheels super are dirty it doesn’t make sense.
I was drop off by Uber at the Santa Clarita lanes instead of waiting for 3 hours at the dealership but no one called me my car was ready although my service advisor said before 12:00 . My service advisor is very nice , but ruined my entire day scheduled because of 3 hours oil changed.

I have been your Lexus customer I purchased my vehicle from you and I have all of my service work through you for thirteen years . The service has always been exemplary. This time with my courtesy vehicle I was charged 25 dollars for gas ( I was informed of up charge at the beginning). This seems like a substandard for a premium dealership. Please note that I have had courtesy vehicles in the past and was never charged for them. I had just paid over two thousand dollars for my Lexus service. This tactic gives an illusion of a struggling enterprise vs one of excellence.
