My oil light came on two times before the service and I've after. I asked if I should just have my next service done at same time. Wonder if they drained oil and forgot to refill. Regardless unacceptable. Tailgate is now making a horrible noise when using it so I can't.

My service provider, Ali, who is usually attentive and trustworthy was notably not happy with me when I chose not to do the service he suggested. I informed him I was out of work at the moment, due to my industry being on strike, and needed to think about the service. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, Ali completely ignored me. He was sharing personal stories with a colleague as I stood outside his door for help. I was really disappointed as he has always given me good service. I asked another advisor to retrieve my car. Ali waved me off as I drove away. I have taken my business to Lexus of Glendale. They treat me with respect and kindness.
