George is great but the person in the service checkin line was bad when I asked why we are waiting for 30 +mins in car even with the appt . The person who greeted me n asked me what is my problem and told me you just have to wait without explanation

Asked for floor mats to be swapped out and wasn’t done. Car was left outside and given back to me covered in ice and snow. It couldn’t have been parked inside overnight? I understand premium prices for excellent service but this was not excellent service. On the positive side, the video review of the inspections was a nice feature.
