Bill was fabulous. From beginning to end, he kept me apprised of what was going on. He was appropriately comforting when he gave me the estimate of how many thousands of dollars this was going to cost and consoled me when I worried about how I was going to pay for it. He is friendly, compassionate, and I would love to have him as my consultant for this car but hopefully I won’t need anything major done for a while.

Unfortunately, this is the first time I’ve been disappointed with Lexus. I came in for Service mid December for maintenance. My oil light came on 2 weeks later.I called Lexus and was told to uTube how to turn it off or check the owners manual.I came in instead. The person “turned it off “. It came right back on. I came back they tried to turn it off but unsuccessfully…. Called a mechanic… he checked the oil and said I was low…? The engine is burning oil.
