My price quote was less than the actual balance. I gave my demographics when I received the quote which is surprising. Now I have to come back for the remainder of the service.

Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of work; however, I encountered a specific issue concerning my vehicle's care.
I explicitly requested that the car not be washed to avoid potential paint damage from automatic brushes. Despite this, the vehicle was washed against my instructions. I have already discussed this with my Lexus representative, who noted the error and indicated that management would be notified to address any resulting scratches during a future weekday visit.
While I appreciate the dealership's willingness to rectify the situation, arranging an additional appointment during a weekday presents a significant inconvenience given my current work schedule.
