It is horrible. I was there yesterday to told there is battery dead since I can’t start the car and had AAA come over the report said battery’s dead. Your maintenance services department said everything is good and just did recharge it. What is that? My car just now is dead when I was about to leave to work and I have to go back your Service for not even 1day. You are wasting customers time and this car I only brought without in 2 weeks. This is not acceptable.

I just had a recall fixed, it’s a software update and a tire rotation. I was told car wash was free but found out that it was a quick pressure wash probably. Crown Lexus used tap water so when it dried left white hard water stain. If only they should have wiped it dry but they left it air dry. I have to rewash it myself and wasted another hour sweating and tired. Ontario Lexus dealer, purchase a spot free washer so you get better customer satisfaction.
