I was satisfied...I think your service reps are very overworked and probably it is difficult fir them to spend enough time with customers to review any iprobkems or questions they may have...That mught reveal other things the service department could sell them

I would put that on management. You Need to figure out what are important life events for your high performing team members find solutions on how to keep the business running. A salesperson contacted me the day before my service appointment to ask if I’d like an appraisal, which I agreed to. At my service appointment, my estimate was roughly $100 for 85k miles service; however, shortly after I dropped off my car, the estimate ballooned to more than $1,700. I found the salesperson’ timing too much of a coincidence. I didn’t have much time to consider the extra work because it was already mid day Saturday, and I had to pick up my car that day or I wouldn’t have time again until Wednesday. This is not the first time something like this has happened.

Leo as always was outstanding! As soon as I arrived with the tow truck, Leo started the repair process. He took care of a loaner and in about 30 minutes I was out of the dealership. He kept me a breast of the status via calls and text. Once the vehicle was repaired he walked me through all that was done and escorted me to the vehicle. The exit process was not 40 minutes.
