The entire experience was quite positive. I realized I had misread the appointment time (entirely my fault) and called to see if I needed to reschedule. The staff welcomed me even though I arrived late to the appointment. Chow was extremely professional and kind. Overall, a great experience, including the excellent manager’s special (low cost service).
