I was very disappointed in the customer service I received today. Phadrarasaddawong did not inform me when the vehicle was ready. I waited 5 hours for my vehicle to be done from it's oil change. I thought 5hrs was absurd for an oil change. He said "you're still here?! I texted you a while ago" I told him "where did you text me to?" He checked his text message history, he then noticed he never informed me my vehicle was ready for pick up.

Danecia is terrific and I have appreciated working with her over the years very much. I think she is given too much work at a time so she is rushed, stressed and things fall through the cracks. This is a criticism of the service department NOT DANECIA - - she is a pleasure to work with. My car sat at the service department unattended longer than it should have.
