I would like an appraisal but not to trade in. To sell maybe either by you or us. This is my brother’s car and he is handicapped. He fell and caused another brain bleed. His handicap comes from a brain injury in 1998. Since the fall he is unable to drive. We are considering getting him a wheelchair accessible van (used). So the estimate would be helpful for that.

I waited in person. I was not checked in personally. Only received a text saying I had been checked in. Was told there were no loaner cars available.
Seems like maintenance appointments are overbooked. Not a great experience for a high-end car dealership.
