Although Jesse provided kind & professional service as always, the problem was not fixed with my vehicle. Techs felt navigation system problems were related to Apple I phone update that isn’t compatible with Lexus. That was disappointing as I rely on my navigation daily. Frustration was added to this experience by having a courtesy car by greenleaf, a Toyota Corolla that was lower to the ground which was difficult to get into/ out of and exacerbated my arthritis. I had it for 2 days & it would have been through the weekend if I hadn’t told Jesse I need my car back. My right hip hurt so bad, I had to miss my 10 hour nursing shift on Sunday as it hurt to move. I respectfully request an SUV
Height auto ( any brand) for a courtesy car at my next visit please, if it could be noted. Thank you!
