More accurate estimates of time. When I arrived (I had an appt) I was told it would be approximately 1.5 hours and it took 3 hours. I would have dropped off the car and left if the estimate was more accurate.

My service person was great, but I was unhappy with two
Changes JM Lexus has made with there service:
1. Communicating to me via text is very impersonal. The reason I liked JM Lexus before was that the service was so great when my car was needing other services I would receive a call not a text. I’m not educated enough with cars to know what a video means. I needed someone to talk to me directly which your service man finally did, but this was not his fault. It’s the way that you have changed your service.
2. When I was upstairs in the waiting area, the radio station was Spanish speaking not English.
