Micheal was nice but it did take entirely too long for someone to acknowledge me. Two people pulled up behind me and got served while I was told to wait in my car, because I didn’t select an advisor? That seemed super silly to be honest, you’d think I’d be helping you guys but no I was punished for it.

My car was with the Lexus dealer for almost a month, and my car insurance was involved. I felt the communication between the dealership and my insurance was poor. In addition, the dealership did not communicate well with me throughout the process and I had to continuously reach out via phone call, text and email to get updates. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the process, although I am glad my car has been repaired and hopefully it will continue to run welll.
