Our pick up of the vehicle was delayed by an hour after notification. We were ignored by Mr Colon for about an hour as we waited.
Service was below standard due to the fact, battery was found to have low CCA, recommend to replace battery. Colon at no time called to advise the replacement of the battery during service. Colon made the call himself not to replace battery during service and advised, I might want to replace battery once I noticed it was giving me problems.
