Adrian was great!! But JM service needs to get it together this vehicle has been an issue since day one of having it. Three of your employees did tell me that doesn’t seem normal with what has to be done to the car and have never seen it before . Lexus’s corporate told me it was odd but no one was
Willing to help. I understand the car is out of warranty but this definitely seems like some kind of manufacturing issue. A gas cap lock and three doors somehow have all went at the same time like that makes no sense at all
