Dalton did a great job but within 30 minutes of me dropping the vehicle off I was met with a text asking if I would like to sell my vehicle to your dealership. I brought my vehicle to be serviced not to sale it. It is the kind of thing that makes people think twice about using a dealership for repairs. If a customer wanted to sale their vehicle they would have went to sales not service. This is the kind of tactics that turn people off to businesses. Not good enough to make the money off repairs we want to also try and make money off selling your vehicle as well.

The service I received was great! However, I paid $175 for a mechanic to check the noise of my vehicle. They recommended replacing the front shocks which I did. It absolutely took care of the problem! I’m thankful for that.
I believe if I got the work done that was recommended ($2000+) that the $175, or a portion of it, could’ve been waived.

I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change and now the dashboard navigation is black, the radio doesn’t work when it was brought in with no issues fully functioning listening to the radio with the screen on when dropped off. Something happened during the time it was at the dealership and it was not fixed. Not okay.
