Overall I am satisfied. Was very surprised my skid plate was not reinstalled when I was told the truck was ready. Thankfully I think it was an issue of a young mechanic and the master mechanic fixed it quickly. But that never should have happened in the first place, or I should have been told ahead of time, or something. You can’t just say the vehicle is ready when a major part has been inexplicably not been replaced. Probably the strangest experience I have had at your service department over the years.
