I asked service advisor to put the manufacture oil that is required 5w20 or 5w30 due to check engine light caused by light weight oil ow20 and my mechanic had to re change oil to 5w30 but today I went today for service I told the adviser to please put 5w30 and wen the truck was done i read the paperwork that they ended up putting 0w20 I didn’t want that so I complained and I had to wait additional 30 minutes. I feel it wasn’t professional

Big thanks to Adrian for helping me out with my Toyota Corolla. I came in thinking the issues was going to be worse but after he and his team checked it out, it was a smaller issue.
