TBH I wasn’t going to leave a review of any sort but I was upset that I was told I needed a new tire for $700+ when I brought it to southern tire I received a $25 patch. It was not a sidewall patch issue either so I’m a little salty about that situation. Other than that I enjoyed the experience at your facility and the personnel treated me well.

David did apologize as he was caught up with other customers but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes at check in. I was actually a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment but ended up 20 minutes past my appointment time to see David. My car was finished close to the original stated expected completion time but the fact of sitting there in my car just waiting was frustrating. As I said he was apologetic but perhaps someone else could have let me know it was going to be that long. I was told he only be a minute or two.
